#14911 - First Lieutenant Rank Shoulder Board Infantry This is a single Union First Lieutenant's rank shoulder board for an officer's frock coat. It was custom built with various jaceron and twisted gilded wires on a canvas base and padded edge rolls. The medium blue field indicates the Infantry. It has a neat twined thick thread attachment loop still on one side. Open back construction. About 3 3/4" by 1 3/8" size typical of CW era. It comes in a free Riker case for safe & easy future display.
