#15008 - Embroidered Wire GAR kepi Insignia with tape This is a hand-embroidered GAR slouch hat insignia for post-War parades and meetings. Built from varied jaceron and gilted wires. The wreath is gold and the letters GAR are silvered. Some mild tarnish to wires. Build on a blue-black cotton field over a canvas stiffener. This still has a long cloth attachment lace affixed to one side. About 2 3/4 by 1 5/8"
