#17268 - CDV of seated Union NCO with shoulder scales This is a CDV of a seated Union NCO in his frock coat wearing mounted brass shoulder scales. Has NCO chevrons. Vague insignia on dome of kepi. Albumin is smaller than card, at just about 2 1/4 by 1 3/4" centered on standard CDV mount. Card blank on back with minor age foxing. No soldier ID yet known.
