#14450 - 1917 GAR Joint Encampment medal Long Beach CA This is a very nice 50 th Encampment medal from Long Beach, California joint meeting of GAR, WRC, SUV. It has a copper-toned scenic metal bar at top and fancy GAR Star with surmounted Eagle at bottom. Red, white, blue ribbon printed in gold letter has some age but intact. Marked by maker: Robinson Attelboro Mass. The first World War put a damper of many GAR events of these very old vets. Nice uncommon one!
