#15320 - Civil War Era Fine Leather Wallet Organizer This is a larger, Civil War era wallet with ink name of "Wally Battmac" on inside leaf. It iis a fine, deep red Moroccan type leather with age wear but no tears. When closure flap is released, it unfolds to full size, showing inner compartment for currency and notes. One area once held sheets of note paper. True Civil War era wallets are bigger than modern wallets. This is about 6 by 4" closed. Nice for a sutler or officer.
