#15929 - Brass Scabbard Throat Militia Sword This is abrass scabbard throat which is very similar in style to those used with Model 1840 NCO swords. But it is smaller. So, I suspect from Militia Sword or Paymaster type sword. Has integral brass hook for belt. About 4 1/4" with a 1 3/4" hook. No markings. Site unknown.
