#16213 - Uncommon 3rd Corps Brass Horse Blanket Insignia This is a heavy cast brass lozenge insignia for the 3rd Corps. It has 4 cast loops at rear for attaching to cloth. It was used as a horse blanket insignia by a higher ranking cavalryman. Old tag on back. Nice warm honey toning to brass face. Non-dug. 3" by 2 1/8 inches. It comes in a free Riker case for safe & easy future display. This is uncommon relic! (See picture of me "spiking cannon" at GB photo when I started business in 1999)
