#17728 - 1863 Discharge James L. Hicks 73rd Indiana This is an 1863 Eagle Union Discharge of Sergeant James L. Hicks of Co. B, 73rd Indiana Inf. It states he was discharged on a Surgeon's Certificate for disability and not qualified for any ongoing military service. Signed by the Colonel in ink. Small stain as seen. No tears. Nice to frame for your office or den wall.
