#17798 - Fantastic "Classic" Confederate Seamed Cannonball This is a "classic" Condfederate 3 1/2" Solid Cannonball from Civil War. Has the obvious casting seam on its equator which makes it Confederate clearly. You can even see where the foundry filed off a small protrusion of sprue to fit it into cannon bore! It has light pitting, so probably a field pickup in decades just after the war.
