#1888 - Chain and toggle from Camp Nelson, KY This "chain and bar" is the chain and toggle from a watering bit. The bit would have a set of these attached to the rings on each end and a set of reins sewn onto the rings. The toggle goes through a square ring in the halter and the flat tap of the toggle slips into a loop keeper on the halter's cheek pieces. Located in area of Camp Nelson, Ky.
